Krystal Weaver LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

Krystal Weaver LLC ("I," "me," "my," or "Krystal Weaver") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through krystalweaver.com and related forms, assessments, and communications, how I use it, and the choices you have.

By using this site or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't submit your information.

Information I collect

I collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you give me directly. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other details you enter through a form on this site, including the free assessment, an inquiry form, a speaking or workshop request, or a book updates signup.
  • Assessment responses. If you complete the Workforce Bottleneck Assessment, I collect your answers along with your contact information so I can send you your results and relevant follow-up.
  • Communication records. If you call, text, or email me, I keep a record of that communication, including call logs and message content, to respond to you and keep track of our conversation.
  • Website usage information. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technology.
  • Advertising data. If you arrive at this site through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, a tracking pixel may record that visit so I can measure which ads are working.

How I use your information

  • To send you the results of the assessment, a requested worksheet, or other content you asked for
  • To follow up by email, text, or phone about working together, speaking, or the book
  • To schedule calls or meetings you've requested
  • To process payment if you become a client
  • To improve this site and understand which content and ads are useful
  • To meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations

I do not sell your personal information.

How your information is shared

I use a small number of outside services to run this business, and your information may pass through them:

  • GoHighLevel — the platform that runs this website, hosts forms, and stores contact and CRM records.
  • Quo — my business phone system, used for calls and text messages.
  • Microsoft 365 — email and calendar.
  • Cal.com — meeting scheduling.
  • Stripe — payment processing, if you become a client. Stripe handles your payment details directly; I don't store full card numbers.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and ad performance measurement.

These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. I don't share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

Text messages and phone calls

If you provide your phone number, I may contact you by call or text about your assessment results, a scheduled appointment, or working together. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of calls by telling me directly or asking to be removed.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technology, through GoHighLevel and Meta, to remember your visit, measure which pages and ads are effective, and improve the site over time. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long I keep your information

I keep your information as long as it's useful for the purposes above, for example, for as long as you're a prospect, client, or subscriber, plus a reasonable period after for recordkeeping and legal purposes. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages
  • Email me to ask what information I have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and leaders. It is not directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the business or the tools I use change. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. If changes are significant, I'll make that clear on this page.
